Silene pendula Sibella Carmine

Sibella is a truly innovative series of Silene pendula with a completely new plant habit. It is an excellent plant for bedding, early spring baskets and patio containers.

• The plants are hardy and can overwinter in a cold glasshouse for early flowering plants in spring.
• It can be grown as a cold crop along with pansies and spring flowering perennials.
• Sibella can be planted outside in early spring and the spreading plants make a colourful carpet of tiny flowers early in the season.

Sibella is also suitable for growing in hanging baskets, and as it blooms early, it will fill the first flowering baskets of the season.

When started from a spring sowing Sibella can be used for bedding and baskets both for sunny and shady spots in the garden.
